1822 On August 12, the estate of James R Pickett deceased, in Fairfield, South Carollina. Martha Pickett and William Lewis obtained a citation on this estate on the 23 July last, which being returned this day. Administration was granted to the same Martha Pickett (widow of the deceased with William Lewis and Robert L. Knox sureties of $15,000. [13]
