1543 Gervase Hendley wrote his will on October 15. [1] He bequeathed to sons Walter, John, William, Richard, Thomas, and Henry, and daughters Catherine and Mary, and indicated that Richard, Thomas, Henry, Catherine, and Mary were under age 15. The executor was his son Walter and overseer Richard Taylor the elder.
1545 The will of Gervase Hendley was proved on October 27 in the Archdeaconry Court of Canterbury. [2]
