1857 William Urban Billing was born in Warmambool, Victoria, Australia to parents Nathaniel Billing and Henrietta Heybourne. [1]

1884 "Marriages. On the 10th Nov., 1884, at St. Matthew's Church, Prahran, Victoria, by the Rev. H. A. Langley, William Urban, only son of Nathaniel Billing, Architect, Melborne, to Edith Sarah, only surviving daughter of James Bulstrode, Windsor, Victoria." [2] [3]

1885 Theodore Mary Billing was born at Caulfield, Victoria to parents William Urban Billing and Edith Sarah Bulstrode. [4]

1891 Edith Billing appeared in the list of Whitehorse Women who signed the 1891 Woman's Petition (petitioning Parliament for the right for the women in the Colony of Victoria to be able to vote): "Billing, Edith S, Address: Surrey Hills, Page Line in Petition: 355, 11, Additional Information: Edith Sarah, daughter of James Bulstrode & Susanna Rising, was born in 1861 at Belfast (Port Fairy). In 1884 she married William Urban Billing, an architect surveyor. Edith Sarah Billing was living in Mt Albert Road when signed. Edith died in 1956." [5] [6] [7]

1893 Ruth Walch Billing was born at Box Hill, Victoria to parents William Urban Billing and Edith S Bulstrode. [8]

1896 "1898 Billing William Urban of Union-road Surrey Hills, Victoria Australia architect died 16 August 1696 Administration (with Will) (Limited) London 10 June to Arthur William Vaisey solicitor the attorney of Edith Sarah Billing widow Effects £450." [9] His parents were Nathaniel Billing and Hetta Heybourne. [10]
