1821 On 11 January, the will of Jonathan Hutchinson of Sycamore Twp, Hamilton County, Ohio named Ezekiel Hutchinson, Jacob Hutchinson, Isaiah Hutchinson, Elizabeth Hutchinson, Rachel Hutchinson. [1]

1822 The executors of Jonathan's estate, including Ezekiel Hutchinson and Asa Hinkle, recovered judgement in the court of common pleas of Hamilton County, Ohio for damages of $1208 and costs of $8.36 against Isaiah Hutchinson for trespass. [2]

1838 The surviving executor (unnamed) for Jonathan Hutchinson brought suit against the heirs of Isaiah Hutchinson and against Jacob Swallow, tenant on the land. Ezekiel and Isaiah Hutchinson and Asa Hinkle had died. A tract of 60 acres of land in Hamilton County was inherited by the descendants of Isaiah Hutchinson, whose estate had not been settled. Jacob Swallow claimed the land had been sold to him by the said George Hutchinson, David Hutchinson, Eleazor Hutchinson, Ezekiel Hutchinson, Isaiah Hutchinson, Jeremiah Turner and Mary his wife, John A Reamer and Elizabeth his wife, and Francis Hutchinson, co defendants by decrees duly executed and acknowledged being anterior to the commencement of this suit.
