1736 Catherine Hutchinson was born. [1]

Catherine Hutchinson married James English. [2]

1766 On June 26, the estate of James English Jr, of Upper Freehold, Monmouth County, miller, was administered. Intestate. Administratrix, Catharine English, widow of James. Fellowbondsman, Robert Hutchinson, yeoman; both of said place. Witness, Isaac Price. [3]

1766 On April 20, the inventory of the estate of James English was valued at £1277.3.7, made by Isaac Price and Thomas Lawrie. [4]

1771 On June 24, the account was made by Adm'x. [5]

1798 Moses Laird was buried at Old Tennent Churchyard, Tennent, Monmouth County, New Jersey. Moses Laird was born on October 19, 1735. [6] [7]

1829 Catherine Huchinson Laird died on November 12 and was buried at Old Tennent Churchyard, Tennent, Monmouth County, New Jersey. Catherine Huchinson Laird was born on December 30, 1736. [8] [9] [10]

"Moses Laird, son of Captain William Laird (3), was born in 1736. He was a soldier during the war of the revolution, and was the guide of General Washington during the march previous to the battle of Monmouth. His wife and daughter had prepared a collation of which Washington and his officers partook in the house lately occupied by John H. Laird, of the seventh generation, and now (1907) the home of William E. Mount. Moses was one of the signers to the articles of agreement for the purpose of retaliation upon the pine robbers and Tories, in 1778, the original parchment being preserved in the office of the secretary of state in Trenton, New Jersey. He married (first) Elizabeth English, daughter of James English, the founder of Englishtown. He married (second) Mrs. Catherine (Hutchinson) English, born in 1736, died November 12, 1829, daughter of William and Ann Hutchinson." [11]
