1880 Coralla V. H. River, son, age 7, born in Indiana, single, lived in Nelson Twp, Cloud County, Kansas, in a household with Christian S. River (age 44), and Hannah B. River (age 32). Coralla V. H. River's father was born in Pennsylvania and his mother was born in Canada. [3]

1900 Verne River, servant, age 26, born in Indiana, single, lived in Buffalo Twp, Cloud County, Kansas, in a household with Archibald Johnston (age 66), Mary Johnston (age 64), Robert Johnston (age 25), and Jessie Johnston (age 25). Verne River's parents were both born in Indiana. [4]

1905 C V H Rivir (age 31) and A F Rivir (age 33) lived in Arion, Cloud County, Kansas. [5]

1910 C V Rivers, age 37, born in Indiana, married for 9 years, lived in Concordia Ward 3, Cloud County, Kansas, in a household with Addin Rivers (age 29), and Della Silver (age 42). C V Rivers's father was born in Ohio and his mother was born in Indiana. C V Rivers could read and write. C V Rivers's occupation was laborer, carpenter, wage earner. [6]

1914 The wife of C. V. Rivir died on February 5 at age about 35 in Concordia.

1915 C S River (age 81) and C V River (age 45) lived at Cloud County, Kansas. [8]

1918 Correlli Vern Rivir worked as a farmer and stock raiser in Ames, Cloud, Kansas. He was married to Myrtle and he had grey eyes. [9] [10]

1920 Corella V River, age 47, born in Indiana, married, lived in Lawrence Twp, Cloud County, Kansas, in a household with Mertte I River (age 31), and Keith O River (age 1 6/12). Corella V River's father was born in Pennsylvania and her mother was born in Canada. Corella V River's occupation was farmer, own account. [11]

1923 Corral V Rivir lived at 438 W Claflin Av, Salina County, Kansas. Corral V Rivir's spouse was Myrtle Rivir. Corral V Rivir's occupation was carpenter. [12]

1925 Vern Rivir (age 52) and Myrtle (age 36) lived in Smoky Hill, Saline County, Kansas with son Keith (age 6). [13]

1926 Myrtle I (Hadley) Rivir (1888-1926) died and was buried at Walnut Grove Cemetery, Cloud County, Kansas. [14]

Mrs. C. V. Rivir, daughter of Mr and Mrs. A. J. Hadley of near Rice, died at her home in Salina, Sunday. The body was brought to Concordia today at noon and taken to the Hadley home at Rice. Funeral services be held Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock from the Methodist church in Rice, conducted by Rev. B. A. Laport. Burial will be made in the Walnut Grove cemetery.

Mrs. Rivir was born in Cloud County, September 8, 1888 and spent her girlhood days in this vicinity. She was married to C. V. Rivirs October 20, 1915 and they made their home on a farm near Rice for several years, going from there to Salina to reside.

She is survived by her husband, C. V. Rivirs; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Hadley and one sister, Mrs. A. Cochran of Rice.

1930 Verone C River, born in Indiana, widowed, lived in Salina Twp, Saline County, Kansas, in a household with Keith River (age 11). Verone C River's father was born in Pennsylvania and his mother was born in Canada. Verone C River's occupation was carpenter, Contract, wage or salary worker. Verone C River's residence was not a farm. The residence had a radio. [16]

1941 Corrella V Rivir lived at 250 N 12th, Salina County, Kansas. Corrella V Rivir's occupation was carpenter. [17]

1959 C. Vern Rivir died on November 28, 1959 and was buried at Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina, Saline County, Kansas. [18] [19]
