1850 Christiana Riber (age 35, born in Pennsylvania, plasterer) lived in Greene Twp, Mahoning County, Ohio, in a household with Mary Riber (age 30), Susanna Riber (age 11), Hanna Riber (age 9), and Samuel Riber (age 6). [1]

1850 Rachael Eyman (age 5, born in Indiana) lived in Green Twp, Noble County, Indiana, in a household with Elizabeth Eyman (age 45), Nancy Eyman (age 19), Washington Eyman (age 17), Abraham Eyman (age 15), Margaret Eyman (age 9), and Christiana Eyman (age 8). [2]

1860 Christian Rivir (age 50, born in Pennsylvania) lived in Green Twp, Noble County, Indiana, in a household with Mary Rivir (age 46), and Samuel D Rivir (age 16). Married daughters Susanna Messmore and Hanna Eyman were in the adjacent households. [3]

1864 Samuel G River, of Albion, Indiana, enlisted on October 13, 1864 for the Union Army in Indiana. He enlisted as a Private on 13 October 1864 in Company D, 142nd Infantry Regiment Indiana. He mustered out Company D, 142nd Infantry Regiment Indiana on 29 May 1865. He served with Distinguished Service. [4] [5] [6]

1867 Samuel G Rivir and Rachel Eymann were married on September 27 in Noble County, Indiana. [7] [8]

1870 Samuel River (age 26, born in Pennsylvania) lived in Green Twp, Noble County, Indiana, in a household with Rachel River (age 26). Samuel River's occupation was farm laborer. [9]

1876 Samuel Rivir and Rachel were divorced on January 27. [10]

1876 Rachel Rivir and William Leaman were married on July 29. [11] Rachel Eyman, born ca 1845, married William Leamon. Her parents were Jacob Eyman and Elizabeth Simmons. [12]

1917 Samuel G Rivir, who served in the Civil War, perhaps this Samuel G Rivir, died on May 9 and was buried at Arlington National Cemetery in Site 18980. [13] [14] [15] [16]
