1911 Lowell Herbert Good, son of Irby J. Good and Mabel Rivir, was born on February 6 in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana. [1] They lived at University Heights, City, where Irby was a school teacher. [2]
1912 Aunt Lydian married Wilbur Sharon on August 14 at the home of Isaiah and Anna in Marion, Grant County, Indiana. Lowell Good was there, with his parents.

1931-33 Lowell Good received an A.B. in 1931 and a B.S. in 1932, both from Indiana Central College. In 1933 he received an M.A. degree in Physics from Indiana University. He also did graduate work at U.C.L.A., the University of California at Berkeley, and Butler University. In 1964 Indiana Central College awarded him an honorary Doctor of Laws degree. [14]

Elsie Beck met Lowell Good at while she was attending college. Elsie Beck and Lowell Good's sister Ida Mae Good were roommates (roomies) at Indiana Central College and would sometimes visit the Good's house in order to inspect the refrigerator. Lowell Good was teaching physics at George Washington High School at the time. Elsie and Lowell met over a game of checkers on one of Elsie's hungry ventures. Although Elsie worked full time at the registrar's office in college, she graduated cum laude in her class. Elsie and Lowell were married the afternoon after her graduation. Elsie and Lowell were very close to the family of Lowells' sister Julia and Ranald Wolfe and especially enjoyed interacting with their children. Elsie talked to Ramon about his marriage and shopped with Eleanor for her wedding dress. They moved to Camden, New Jersey and later moved to Bridgewater, New Jersey. [20]

1940 Lowell H Good (age 29) and Elsie M Good (age 22) lived at 1223 Castle, Avenue, Indianapolis, Perry Township, Marion County, Indiana. Lowell was a teacher in the city public schools and Elsie was a university stenographer. [23] [24]

1941-63 Lowell Good joined RCA in Indianapolis as an advanced development engineer. In 1946 he was transferred to Camden, New Jersey. After 1947, he held positions of increasing responsibility in engineering management, being named Director of Engineering Utilization, RCA Corporate Staff in 1957. Two years later, in 1959, he was appointed Manager of Microelectronics Engineering in Somerville, a position he held until transferring to the David Sarnoff Research Center in 1963.
1951 Mrs. Lowell Good was chair for a Christmas Holiday Party in Riverton.
1952 Barbara Ann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Good of Linden avenue, Riverton, was born.
1954 Mr. Ramon Wolfe, nephew and son of Dr. and Mrs. Ranald Wolfe is spending the summer in Riverton, N.J. where he is an employee of the RCA Corporation.

Lowell and Elsie Good were active members of the Methodist Church and had leadership roles in their community church.
1961 Lowell Good, of the RCA semiconductor Division demonstrated how transistors are made at the First Methodist Church.
1962 A party for members of the Senior choir of the First Methodist Church was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Good in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
1963 Mrs. Good was president of the Women's Society of Christian Service of the First Methodist Church in Somerville, New Jersey.
1965 "The Book of Worship" by Lowell Good was presented to high school graduates from the Somerville Methodist Church.
1965 Mrs. Good was president of the Women's Society of Christian Service of the First Methodist Church in New Brunswick. Lowell Good was named lay leader of the official board of the First Methodist Church in New Brunswick.
1968 Mrs. Lowell Good was a team captain for a home cavass of members of the Methodist Church of Somerville.
1980 Lowell Good died on February 22 at age 69 in Manchester, New Hampshire [36]. His last residence was Bridgewater, Somerset, New Jersey [37]

1989 Julia Wolfe, Ida Mae Miller, and Elsie Good were interviewed for the Alumni News when they visited the University of Indiana for the homecoming reunion [40].
Lowell Good's interests lay in mechanics and radio. As had Julia, he attended the Indiana Central Academy, but took his fourth year at Manual High School. He graduated from IC in 1931 with a BA and earned a second degree, a BS, in 1932. He and Elsie Beck were married in 1939. Lowell taught school for several years, then worked for 37 years at RCA in Indianapolis and in Camden, Somerville, and Princeton, New Jersey. Lowell died in 1980. Mrs. Good has two daughters and three grandchildren.
1997 Elsie Mildred Good died on March 19 at Somerset County, New Jersey. She was born on April 9, 1917, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, daughter of Gotthard D Beck and Elsie M Anderson. [41] [42]
