Research Notes:

Johannes Martin Kitzmiller has been listed as the spouse of Juliana Bankert, by some researchers.

Their marriage is not recorded at Wachenheim.

They arrived in America on the ship "Mortonhouse" at the port of Philadelphia, on 24 Aug 1728. The family moved to Schaefferstown, PA. Came to Littlestown in 1737. In 1738, he built the first mill in what is now Adams County, Pennsylvania. He was also held with his son at the Digges Murder Trial, and was aquitted. His occupations were miller and gunsmith.

A biosketch reports [1]:

John Martin Kitzmiller was born around 1705 in Waldorf, Germany. Died 1787 or 1788 in Manheim Twp., York County, Pa. Married avbout 1730 Juliana Bencker (Benders), the daughter of Christophel Bencker. She died in 1788 or 1789. Martin landed in Philadelphia 23 August 1728 with his father and brothers; the Benckers family was on the same ship.
