1782 The tax list of Piney Creek Hundred of Frederick County, Maryland named several Yingland owners of land: Frederick (Frankfort, 150 acres), Jacob, John, Widow ("James Fancy" tract, 200 acres). [2]

1800 John Yingling Sr lived in Westminster, Frederick County, Maryland in a household with males: 1 (under 10), 1 (16 thru 25), and 1 (26 thru 44); and females: 1 (16 thru 25). John Yingling Jr and Jacob Yinging were listed on the same page of the census. [3]

The will named sons John, Jacob, Adam, and Christian and daughters Elizabeth wife of Peter Roudpouch, Louice wife of John Bankert, Sally wife of David Myers, Magdalene wife of Michael Krouse, Mary widow of Paul Reineker, each with 1 ninth share. The will was proved on April 25, 1836. Trusty friends David Earhart and Jacob Yengling were named as executors. [9]

1798 Based on a google snippet of a book: Jacob Lehman Jr, of Harrison County, Kentucky, … died between 12 October 1798, the date of a letter he addressed to John Yingling of Frederick County, Maryland, and 23 November 1798 … The third name and one of the keys to the identity of our Jacob Lehman (Lemmon) is that of Christian Jüengling (Yingling) … [10]

c 1777 John Yingling reportedly married Catherine about 1777 in Frederick, Maryland.
