1660 Jost Aebersold and Anna Krayenbul were married on July 6 at Munsingen, Bern, Switzerland. [1]

1666 Niclaus Aebersold, son of Jost Abersold and Barbara Joß, was baptized on February 4 at Munsingen, Bern, Switzerland with sponsors hans Aebersold, Niclaus Moser, and Elsbeth Augstburg(?). [2]

1667 Jost Aebersold, son of Jost Abersold and Barbara Joß, was baptized on January 6 at Munsingen, Bern, Switzerland with sponsors David Frist, Martin(?) Kagi, and Christian Wally(?). [3]

1669 Peter Aebersold, son of Jost Abersold and Barbara Joß, was baptized on July 11 at Munsingen, Bern, Switzerland with sponsors John(?) Egli, Niclauß Muser(?), and Anna Schuhmaker(?). [4]

1671 Jost Ebersole was an Anabaptist and was exiled from Switzerland. [5]

1672 On 6 April, Jost Ebersole was listed as an Anabaptist refugee, age 32 living at Friedelsheim with his wife Babi Joost, age 25 and his three children "of which one is still in Switzerland and the oldest is 9 years". [6]

1677 Jost Ebersole took a lease on a farm at Friedelsheim for nine years. [7]

1682 Jost Ebersole was listed as a Mennonite tenant at Friedelsheim. [8]

1685 Jost Ebersole was listed as a Mennonite on the Monsheim Estate near Friedelsheim. [9]

Great-grandson Abraham Ebersole and this ancestor Jost were haplogroup Ribib2. [10]
