c 1723 Christian Meyer, son of John Meyer and Mary Lenhardy, was born. [1]

Christian Meyer married Mary Magalena Erisman, daughter of Melchior and Edith Erisman. They had 8 children. [2] [3]

1748 John Meyer, the Elder, and his wife Mary Lenhardy of Lancaster Township sold land to their son Christian Meyer of Lancaster County on November 22. The 250 acres of land was in Earl Township next to John Meyer Jr. The 250 acres was part of the land that was patented on May 2, 1735 to John Meyers. [4] [5]

1760 Jacob Meyer and his wife Anna, Christian Meyer and his wife Mary, and other heirs of Melchior Erisman, sold their shares of the land from the estate, to Jacob Erisman, on July 25. Christian was an heir due to his marriage to Melchior's daughter, Mary Erisman. [6]

1761 Christian and Mary Moyer of Earl Twp, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania sold land to Jacob Moyer of Manheim Twp on April 11. The land was part of a 146 acre tract on a branch of Conestoga Creek that their father John Moyer had purchased from Roger Hunt on May 19, 1747, 100 acres of which John had willed to Christian and Jacob (50 acres each) in his will dated September 29, 1759. 1771 Christian Myer was taxed in Earl Twp, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania for 250 acres, 4 horses, and 8 cattle. [8]

1773 Christian Myer was taxed in Earl Twp, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania for 250 acres, 4 horses, and 5 cattle. [9]

1792 Christian Meyer Senior of Earl Twp, Lancaster County, sold land to John Meyer and John's son Christian, both of Earl Twp for a burying ground for all of the offspring of the father, John Meyer, of Christian Meyer Senior. Witnessed by Michael Good and C Carpenter Jr. Dated December 22.

1793 Christian Meyer senior, widower of Earl Twp, Lancaster County, sold land to son Christian Meyer Junior on April 13. The 140 acres of land were next to land of Michael Garber, Abraham Grebil, Christian Meyer, and John Meixel and was next to land granted to John Meyer. The land was part of a 500 acre patent (A7-160) granted on May 2, 1735 to John Meyer, father of Christian Meyer Senior. John and wife Mary sold the land to Christian Meyer Senior on November 22, 1748 [10]. Water rights on land granted to John Meyer were described. [11]

1794 Christian Meyer Sr of Earl Twp, Lancaster County wrote his will on September 25. He bequeathed the Lurnor legacy to oldest son Jacob Meyer, and legacies to sons John Meyer and Christian Meyer, who have already received their share. Children of Anna, wife of Jacob Lashey, received land in Leacock Twp and a tract purchased from son Christian Meyer, and part of a larger tract purchased from John Gerber. Four sons-in-law received land in Leacock Twp: Christian Meyer (husband of Barbara), Abraham Johns (husband of maria), Samuel Grebich (husband of Magdalena), and John Sheaffer (husband of Elizabeth). Sons John and Christian Meyer and son-in-law Abraham Johns were named executors. Proved on November 20, 1794. [12]

"1333. Christian Meyer, born c1723. He died in 1794 at Earl Township, Lancaster County (Will G-251, Lancaster). All of his daughters were married by 1794. He bought land from John Gerber and his son Christian Meyer in Leacock Twp. The witnesses to his will were Christian Carpenter Jr., and Jacob Johns. His father sold him 250 acres in Lancaster County on 22 Nov 1748. He was married to Mary Erisman circa 1726), daughter of Melchior Erisman. He and his wife Mary were of Earl Township on 1 May 1761 when they sold 63 acres in Warwick which belonged to Mary's late mother Edith Erisman (Deed K-88, Lancaster). Christian was a widower when he sold 124 acres in Earl Twp., to his son John Meyer of Leacock on 13 Apr 1793 (Deed SS-513, Lancaster). On 22 Dec 1792 he sold land in Earl to his son Christian (Deed RR-191, Lancaster). He was living at Earl Township in 1790 next to Christian Jr." [13]
