The land was next to land of Emich Rudy, and to land granted on the same day to Jacob Good, and to Horseshoe Road. The four tracts of land in Earl and Leacock Twp, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania were sold to John's oldest son son Christian Meyer and his wife Magdalena, upon his payment to the other heirs, following an evaluation of the estate ordered by the Orphans' Court on 14 July 1789.
