Notes for Dimon Furnald and Margery

1805 Dimond Furnald wrote his will of June 3. [1]

I Dimon Furnald of London, in the County of Rockingham and State of New Hampshire, do this third day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & five, make, ordain and declare, this Instrument, & every part thereof to be my last Will & Testament in the way, & manner following (viz:)
1st. It is my Will that my beloved Wife Margery Furnald have the improvement of one full third part of my Estate in the same way & manner, as though I had died Intestate.
2nd. I give & bequeath to my two eldest sons namely, Thomas Furnald & David Furnald the whole of my Real & Personal Estate, and I do hereby order them to pay out to their Coheirs the following Legacies at the time herein afternamed.
3d. I give 7 bequeath to my two sons, namely Robert Furnald and Josiah Furnald, the sum of one hundred & fifty Dollars each; to be paid by my Executors, to them, when they sall each of them arrive to the age or twenty one years.
4th. I give & bequeath to my two Sons, namely Dimon Furnald and Chase Furnald, the sum of one hundred Dollars, each, to be paid to them by my Executors when they shall arrive to the age of twenty one years, respectively.
5th. I give and bequeath to my Daughter Sally, now the WIfe of David Ingalls, the sum of ten Dollars to be paid to her in four months after my decease, by my Executors.
6th. I give & bequeath to my Daughter Polly, now the Wife of Matthias Haines, Junr, the sume of ten Dollars to be paid to her in four months after my decease, by my Executors.
7th. I gibe & bequeath to my six Daughters, namely Nabby Furnald, Comfort Furnald, Rachel Furnald, Eunice Furnald, Sukey Furnald, and Charlotte Furnald the sum of Fifty Dollars each, to be paid to each of them respectively, when they arrive to the age of twenty one years or at their marriage, which may happen first, by my Executors.
8th. I do hereby appoint my two sons namely Thomas Furnald and David Furnald joint Executors to this my last Will and Testament and do order them to pay all my just and lawful debts and necessary charges.
