1765 George Ruhl, son of Johan Ruhl and Helena Schenck, was born on 6 July and was baptized 30 July at St. Jacob's (Stone) Church, Codorus Twp, York County, Pennsylvania. Uncle Georg Ruhl and aunt Rosina Schenck were sponsors. [1]

1769 Anna Rosina Bohly, daughter of Jacob and Eva Elisabetha Bohly, was born on March 27, 1769. She was baptized, with sponsors Daniel and Anna Rosina Bohly, on May 28, 1769 at St. Jacobs Stone Lutheran and Reformed Church, Brodbecks, Codorus Twp, York County, Pennsylvania. [2]

Rosina Bailey married Mr. Rule. [3]

1787 George Ruhl was taxed for 140 acres in Codorus Twp, York County, Pennsylvania. [4]

1788 On 5 April, George Ruhl, perhaps this one, warranted 50 acres in Codorus Twp, York County, Pennsylvania. [5]

1788 George Ruhl was taxed for 170 acres and 1 cow in Codorus Twp, York County, Pennsylvania. John, John Jr, and William Ruhl were listed on the previous page. [6]

1789 George Ruhl was taxed for 180 acres and 1 horse and 1 cow in Codorus Twp, York County, Pennsylvania. John and William Ruhl were also listed. [7]

1795 George Ruhl and wife Rosina of Codorus Twp sold land to Philip Ruhl (perhaps a first cousin, son of William Ruhl). [8]

1812 George Ruhl served in both the Revolutionary War and the War of 1812.

1815 George Ruhl died and his will was probated in Baltimore County, Maryland.

1815 George Ruhl died on March 15, and was buried at Bethlehem Cemetery, Steltz, York County, Pennsylvania. He was born on June 6, 1765. [9] George was a Revolutionary War veteran. [10] [11]

1828 Rosina Ruhl moved to Ohio with sons Johannes and George and Rosina's brother-in-law (George's brother or sister Margaret's husband?) Henry Ruhl.
