1900 Isaiah and Anna Good lived in Turkey Creek, Kosciusko County, Indiana with children Amos I (age 19), William H (age 16), Irby (age 15), Levina (age 12), Lydian (age 9), James B (age 8), and Allen B (age 6). [4] [5]

1908 Isaiah R Good, retired, and Anna lived at 1306 west 3rd Street in Marion, Indiana. Allen B, James B, Lydian, and William H were students and Irby and Lavina were teachers, living at the same address. [6]

1909 Leona Eastes's father, Noble Octillion Fremont Degargeus Eastes, died on 21 Apr at age 53 in Hancock County, Indiana. Her mother Rosa died there later.

1910 Isaiah Good lived at 2WD Marion, Franklin Twp, Grant County, Indiana with wife Anna and children William, James, Allen, Lavina, and Lydian. [7] [8]

1912 James Blaine Good was a sophomore and Laoma Beryl Eastes was a Junior at Indiana Central College. [9]

1912 Sister Lydian Good married Wilbur Sharon on August 14. Arthur and Ida Wirick drove a car to the wedding at the home of Isaiah and Anna in Marion, Indiana. Irby and Joseph's children met William's new baby Margaret.

1914 Laoma Beryl Eastes graduated from Indiana Central College. [10]

1917 James Blaine Good and Leona Beryl Eastes were married on June 1 in Hancock County, Indiana. James Blaine Good was a child of Isaiah R. Good and Anna Rohrer. Leona Beryl Eastes was a child of Fremont Eastes and Rosa Anna Russell. [11] N P Frances was the officiator. [12] [13] [14]

1917 James Blane Good was a teacher employed by George Holder at Otterbein, Indiana when he registered for the draft on June 5, 1917. James Good lived at 1330 West 3rd Street in Marion, Grant County, Indiana. He was stout, of medium build, with brown eyes and dark hair. [19] [20] His brother Allen registered the same day.

1955 James Blaine Good died on October 9, of myocardial failure, at Memorial Hospital in Greenfield, Hancock County, Indiana. He lived at Greenfield, RFD#2, Hancock County, Indiana. He was married to Beryl Good. [33] [34] [35]

1955 James B Good (1892-1955) was buried at Philadelphia Church Cemetery, Greenfield, Hancock County, Indiana. Beryl E (1891-1990) is named on the same grave marker. [36] [37]

Former Coach at Hartford City Is Dead Hartford City, Ind. James Blaine Good, 63, former Hartford City basketball coach and later high school principal, died Sun day morning, at the Hancock County Hospital at Greenfield. He was stricken ill last Thursday but his condition did not become serious until Saturday evening, when he was removed from his home to the hospital. However, Mr. Good had not been in good health for the past few years following a stroke but was able to enjoy farming at his home near Greenfield. His death was unexpected. The body was taken to the Pasco funeral home at Greenfield, where funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday with Dr. H. M. Cobb, of the First EUB Church, this city, and Rev. Joseph Roush, of the Otterbein EUB Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Philadelphia Cemetery, west Greenfield.

Mr. Good taught in the Hartford City High School and also served as coach and principal during the years of 1930 through 1943, coming here from Mt. Comfort. After leaving here he went to Charlottesville and Fortville, serving as principal at the latter school. He retired sometime ago.

Surviving are his widow. Beryl; a daughter, Mrs. Harold Chaney, Chicago; one son, Gail, at home; a grandson; three brothers, Amos, Marion; Joseph, South Bend, and Allen, Long Beach, Calif., and three sisters Mrs. Lavina Bailey, Evanston, Ill.; Mrs. Lydia Sharon and Mrs. Ida Wirick, both of St. Petersburg, Fla.

1964 A note about alumni of Indiana Central College reported [40]:

Beryl Eastes became the wife of James B. Good, '15, a high school teacher and principal. After his death, she married Austin Gemmer and lives with him at 145 North Spring Street, Greenfield, Indiana. She is the mother of Roberta Good Chaney, '48.

1990 Laomi Beryl Gemmer, daughter of Fremont Eastes and Rosa Russell, died on December 7, 1990 at Greenfield, Hancock County, Indiana. [41]

1990 Beryl E. Good, wife of James, died on December 7 and was buried at Philadelphia Church Cemetery, Greenfield, Hancock County, Indiana. Laoma Beryl E. Good was born in 1891. [42] [43] [44]
