1331 An order was issued on September 28 to deliver to Thomas le Ercedekne and his wife Amy the land Amy inherited from her father. [1]

Sept. 28. Westminster. Order to the escheator on this side Trent to deliver to Thomas le Ercedekne and Amy his wife, daughter and third heir of John de Knovill, their pourparty of the lands late of John according to the partition made pursuant to an order to Robert Selyman, late escheator [p. 203], the said Thomas having done fealty; retaining in the king's hand the pourparty of John de Dune and Eleanor his wife, daughter and second heir.

1334 On Sunday October 9, (Sunday St Denis) at Truru Marche, Thomas le Ercedekne de Treworthouwal granted to Ralph Coulyng de Truru all his messuages, lands and tenements in Mengen, with all appurtenances in tin-works (stannaria), moors, meadows, feedings, pastures, etc., in dry and wet and in all places both within close and outside; for Ralph Coulyng de Truru and his heirs to hold for ever, freely and hereditarily, of the chief lords of the fee, by services due and accustomed. Warranty. Witnesses: John de Nantian, Henry Maynard, William Sclega, David Tauistok, John de Trewri. [2]
