1698[/99?] The will of John Orr of Letterkenny, co. Donegal, Merchant, was dated 4th March 1698 and proved 3rd February 1699/1700. Betham's abstract states that John mentioned wife Giels Orr, sons John and Thomas, son Patrick, daughters Elizabeth and Margaret, brother Thomas Orr, grandchild Martha Orr, nephew William Orr, and son William Macky.
