Legacies to mother, Anna Lippincott, brothers John, James, Daniel, Jonathan and Aaron Lippincott. sisters Increase, (wife of Joshua Humphris), Anna (widow of Thomas Taylor) and Jerusha (wife of Amos Rockhill), and cousin Rachel, daughter of Francis Vinicomb. Real and personal estate. Executors—brother-in-law, Joshua Humphris, and Francis Vinicomb. Witnesses—Thomas Allinson, John Burr, Jr., Mary Kemble. Codicil of same date gives legacy to cousin Merriby, daughter of Thos. Taylor, dec'd. Same witnesses. Proved August 7, 1752. [1]
