1889 Elizabeth Baere Shank died on 1889 and was buried at Zion Cemetery, Bluffton, Allen County, Ohio. Elizabeth Baere Shank was born Nov. 26, 1808. [6]

Shank - On the 8th of January, in Richmond township, Allen county, Ohio, of a lingering disease, Elizabeth, wife of Henry Shank, maiden name Bare, aged 80 years, 1 month and 13 days. Buried at Steiner's graveyard. Funeral services were held by C.P. Steiner, Moses Brenneman and Benjamin Diller. Text: 2 Tim 4:6-9.

The deceased was a faithful member of the Mennonite church for about sixty years. She lived in wedlock fifty-two years, and leaves a husband and five children, of their eight, and twenty-four grandchildren of twenty-nine. May the Lord bless and comfort her aged and deeply bereaved companion.

1905 Henry Shank died on Oct. 21, 1905 and was buried at Zion Cemetery, Bluffton, Allen County, Ohio. Henry Shank was born Oct. 25, 1808. [7]
