1860 Michael Turney (age 59) and Catharine Turney (age 50) lived in Beaver Twp, Clarion County, Pennsylvania with children Servilla (age 27), Adam (age 19), Elizabeth (age 16), Sarah (age 14), Frances Ray (age 12), and Preston (age 8). All were born in Pennsylvania. [1]

1870 Mollie Mahles (age 51, born in Pennsylvania) lived in Callensburg, Clarion County, Pennsylvania, at post office Curllsville, with the family of brother Samuel Mahles (age 55). [2]

1870 Michael Turney (age 68), widowed, lived in Beaver Twp, Clarion County Pennsylvania with children, including Civilla (age 36), Frances M (age 20, and Thomas Preston (age 18). [3]

1880 Michael Turney (age 79) and Mary Turney (age 61) lived in Beaver Twp, Clarion County Pennsylvania with children including Cevilla (age 47). [4]

1892 The will of Michael Turney, of Beaver Twp, Clarion County, was dated October 8, 1892 and was proved by witnesses Godleib Best and H.M. Wetzel on October 22, 1892. The will named wife Mary M Turney and the goods she brought, to be cared for by Henry Wetzel. The will named daughter Civilla Turney and several married daughters and their children. [5]

1892 Michael Turney died on October 16 and was buried at Saint Paul's Union Cemetery, Beaver City, Clarion County, Pennsylvania. [6]

1900 Grandmother Mary Turney, widowed, born Mar 1819, lived in the household of Malissa Wetzel (age 31) and Henry Wetzel (age 37) and their children with aunt Cevilla Turney (age 67). [7]
