1858 Elizabeth Bectell and Christian Nusbaum were married on February 18, 1858 at Elkhart County, Indiana. [1]

1885 Lee B Nusbaum, son of Elizabeth Bechtel and Christian Nusbaum, married Mary E Jurgens on December 29, 1885 at Richmond, Indiana. [2]

1895 C W Nusbaum (age 58) and Elizabeth Nusbaum (age 54) lived at Marion County, Kansas with W W (age 21), M A (age 15), J V (age 18), Grace (age 13), and Fred (age 11). [3]

1902 C. W. Nusbaum died on April 10, 1902 and was buried at Prairie Lawn Cemetery, Peabody, Marion County, Kansas. [4]

1905 Elizabeth Nusbaum (age 64) lived at Marion County, Kansas with Grace (age 23), Frd (age 21) and Raymond Stockdale (age 12). [5]

1922 Elizabeth Nusbaum, daughter of Jacob Bechtel (born Berks County) and Anna Moyer (born Lancaster County) died in Meridian, Ada, Idaho on 21 December, 1922. Elizabeth was buried in Peabody, Kansas. [6]

1922 An obituary for Elizabeth Nusbaum reported [7] [8]:

Mrs. Elizabeth Nusbaum, daughter of Jacob and Anna Bechtel was born in Ashland county, Ohio, July 18, 1840. When 10 years old she went with her parents to Elkhart county, Ind., where she lived until the spring of 1884, when with her husband and family she moved to this county. Some years later she moved to Boise, Idaho, at or near here she lived until the time of her death, Dec. 21, 1922, aged 82 years, 5 months and 4 days. In February 1848, she was married to Christian W. Nusbaum, who preceded her to that Eternal Home, April 10, 1991.

To this union were born seven sons and four daughters, Lee B and Oliver of Richmond, Id.. John W. and Charles M. of Peabody, Kansas, Walter and Fred, Mrs. Lucre?ia Sensenig, Mrs. Anna Hurt, Mrs. Mate Flack, and Mrs. Grace Jackson, all living in the state of Idaho and one son, Vern, who died in Boise, Idaho, Jan. 8, 1909.

Besides the large family of chidren left to mourn her loss, she leaves two sisters, Mrs. Levi Hoover of Peabody, Kansas, Mrs. George Hoover of Los Angeles, Calif . and one brother, David S. Bechtel of Goshen.

She also leaves 29 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, besides a host of other relatives and friends to whom she had endeared herself. ...

1922 Elizabeth Nusbaum died on 21 December, 1922 and was buried at Prairie Lawn Cemetery, Peabody, Marion County, Kansas. [9]
