1412 Thomas Walsingham and Margaret Bamm were married by 1412.

1424 On October 5, Thomas Walsyngham, citizen and vintner of London, and Margaret his wife purchased Scadbury Manor in Chislehurst, Kent. [1]

Thomas Dale clerk to Thomas Walsyngham citizen and vintner of London and Margaret his wife, their heirs and assigns. Charter of demise and feoffment of the manors of Scathebury and Champeyns. with lands, rents, services, woods, ways, hedges, ditches etc. in Cheselherst. Paulynescreye, Fotescreye, Leuesham, Bromleigh and Bixhill co. Kent, also of a piece of land in the parish of Cheselherst sometime of John Hacche lying in a place called the Steerte. two pieces sometime of John Rose of Bromleigh in the place aforesaid, another in the parish of Craye St. Paul sometime of John Billynge of Cheselherst called 'Johanesacre,' and of all the arable lands, woods and pastures sometime of Katherine who was wife of John Edelowe of Craye St. Mary lying by and about 'Powkelane' otherwise called 'Hobdodlane' in the parish of Paulynescreye, all which the grantor had by feoffment of Alan Everarde citizen and mercer of London.

1448 Thomas Walsyngham wrote a will on March 30. [2]

1450/51 Thomas Walsyngham wrote a will on January 19. [3]

1457 Thomas Walsyngham wrote a final will on March 30. [4]

1457 The three wills of Thomas Walsyngham were proved on May 17. The 1448 will covered his London property, the 1451 will his Kent property, and the 1457 will covered the distriburion of his personal property in his London and Kent households. [5]
