1738 On September 29, Mary Ware, of Gloucester Co., widow, dated his will. Daughters—Magare (the eldest, housewife of Caleb Brown); Sarah (housewife of Nathaniel Pettitt); Ruth (housewife of Nathaniel Ireland, and wife of Daniel Ireland). Granddaughters—Mary and Elizabeth (daughters of my daughter Mary, wife of John Dennis, living in Crosweeks or thereabouts); my eldest daughter's children. Margaret Brown, wife of Caleb Brown; Martha Thomas (housewife to Abraham Thomas), and Margaret, daughter of Caleb Brown. David Williams and his wife, household goods. Executor—David Williams. Witnesses— Benjamin Ingersoll, Abraham Vangelder, Sam'l Church. Affirmed 30 July, 1739. [1]
