1828 Joseph Page was taxed for 1 horse and 2 cattle in Washington Twp, Clermont County, Ohio. [4]

1830 Joseph Page lived in Washington Twp, Clermont County, Ohio in a household with males: 1 (20 thru 29); and females: 1 (20 thru 29). [5]

1840 Joseph Page (age 30-39) lived in Washington Twp, Clermont County, Ohio with female (age 20-29). [6]

1850 Joseph Page (age 49) and Nancy Page (age 45) lived in Franklin Twp, Clermont County, Ohio. John Trees was listed adjacent. [7] [8]

1857 J Page was named on a landowner map, in the north-west corner of Franklin Twp, Clermont County, just across the township border from Pt Isabel, in the same section with two Tree families [witness to will] and a Swope family [listed in the 1860 census in the same Twp]. [9]

1860 Joseph Page (age 59, born Pennsylvania), retired, and Nancy Page (age 56, born Ohio) lived at Point Isabel post office, Washington County, Clermont County, Ohio. [10]

1863 The will of Joseph Page, dated October 17, 1863 with probate on May 25, 1867 in Clermont County, Ohio, requested burial at Calvary burying ground "by the side of my father" and mentioned an unnamed wife; brothers William and Lorenzo Page; sister Mary; Alice Page, daughter of John Page, deceased, and grand-daughter of brother Zachariah, deceased and her sisters Martha and Eliza, all of them grand-daughters of Zachariah Page, if they arrive to age 18; namesake Joseph Page, son of brother William of Jennings County, Indiana; namesake Joseph Page, son of nephew William C Page of Clermont County. Executor John Trees, Jr. Witnesses: B F Trees and Thomas Jones. Codicil named brother Thomas Warner Page. [11]

Your petitioner Executor of the last will and Testament of Joseph Page deceased respectfully represents that said Joseph Page departed this life testate leaving his last Will and Testament as follows "In the name of the Benevolent Father of all I Joseph Page of Clermont County & State of Ohio do make and publish this my last will and testament 1st my body to be buried by the side of my father in Calvary Burying Ground with a suitable monument erected at a convenient time to answer? for Father Mother and myself and my wife if she shall be buried there not to cost more than three hundred Dollars (#300) 2nd I give to my wife during her life the house and lots we now occupy with the household goods therein and fifteen hundred dollars out of money on notes I may leave 3rd I give to my Brothers William Page and Lorenzo Page four hundred dollars each. To my sister Mary two hundred dollars. To Alice Page daughter of John Page deceased and grand daughter of the said Zachariah Page four hundred dollars for the love I have for my dear orphan Alice, to her sisters Martha & Eliza all of the grand daughters of said Zachariah Page each one hundred dollars to be paid as they severally arrive at eighteen years of age and I further desire if I have means sufficient so to do I give one hundred dollars apiece to my namesakes Joseph Page son of William Page my brother Jennings County Indiana one hundred dollars to Joseph Page son of my nephew William C Page of Clermont County and I now further say if my effects amount to more than the above sum then add in equal proportion to the sums named to each one and if it should not hold to give each one named reduce each one's share in proportion to the amount named - turn over - I hereby nominate and request that my friend John Trees Jr to act as my executor of this my will and Testament and empoweriny? him to compromise adjust release and discharge in such manner as he may think proper the debts and claims due me In testimony hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 17th day of October A.D. 1863. Joseph Page"

1863 Several court actions were taken regarding the estate of Joseph Page, involving John Tree the executor, Nancy Page the widow, and Joseph's siblings. [12] [13] [14] [15] [16] [17] [18]

1866 Joseph Page and wife Nancy Page sold land in Clermont County to Harvey Walker. Dated December 20, 1866. [19] The subsequent deed records that A.J. Trees and wife Francis sold land to Harvey Walker on the same day. The land was on the waters of the Big Indian Creek and the Moscow-Point Pleasant Turnpike Road. The deed subsequent to that (Clermont Deed 85-329) records a transfer from Harvey Walker to A.J. Trees of land adjoining Joseph Page and William Page.

1867 Joseph Page died on May 17, at age 66 years, 1 month, 3 days and was buried at the Old Calvary Cemetery, near Moscow, Clermont County, Ohio. [20]

1867 The will, with codicil, of Joseph Page late of Clermont County, deceased, was introduced to the court by John Tree, the executor on May 25. B.T. Tree and Thomas Jones were witnesses to the will. [21]

1867 A probate record in Clermont County names several likely descendants of this family involving John Trees, executor of Joseph Page versus Nancy Page, Thomas Warner Page, Martha Page, Mary Walker mother of Amanda Jane Page, Alice Page, Joseph Page, Eliza Page, Mary Page, James A Page, Martha J Page, infants Joseph and Amanda Page. [22] In November 1868, Nancy Page filed for an increase of allowance. [23]

1868 John Tree, executor of the estate of Joseph Page, filed a petition to sell land in the Clermont Court. Dated April 1. Nancy Page, Thomas Warner Page, Martha Page, Amanda Jane Page, Alice Page, Joseph Page, and Eliza Page were named. [24] There are several court records related to this estate. [25]

1868 John W Trees, executor for Joseph Page, deceased, sold land to George W. Fee. Deed dated April 18. The date December 31, 1867 was also recorded. [26]

1869 John Trees filed accounts of the estate of Joseph Page. [27] [28] [29] [30]

1873 Nancy B Page, wife of Joseph Page died on February 1, in the 8? year of age. [31] On May 29, 1872, Nancy Page of Washington Twp, Clermont County, Ohio dated her will She named deceased husband Joseph Page and burial beside him at the old homestead at Point Isabel, Washington Twp, Clermont County, Ohio. Brothers and sisters Robert Buchanan, Sarah Intfillen, Jane Norris, and Eliza Norris. Brother Robert Buchanan was named executor. Probate date was March 5, 1873. [32]

1873 Nancy B Page, wife of Joseph Page died on Feb. 18, 1873, in the 68 year of her age, and was buried at Calvary Cemetery, Felicity, Clermont County, Ohio. Nancy Buchanan Page was born 1805. [33]

1880 At the October and December terms of the Clermont Court, Robert Buchanan, executor, filed accounts of the estate of Nancy Page, deceased. [34] [35]

1882 At the November term of the Clermont Court, Robert Buchanan, executor, filed the final settlement of the estate of Nancy Page, deceased. [36]
