1818 Joseph Page, of George Twp, Fayette County, and wife Esther, late Esther Rickey, daughter of Robert Rickey the elder, sold land, for $1, to Jesse Evans. In a separate deed, Sarah Rickey, relict of Robert Rickey the elder released land to Jesse Evans. [5]
