1706[/07?] John Bartlett and Elizabeth Haynes, daughter of William, were married on February 20 in Norwalk, Connecticut. [1]

1707 Elizabeth, daughter of John and Elizabeth Bartlett, was born on December 4 in Norwalk, Connecticut. [2]

1709 Hannah, daughter of John and Elizabeth Bartlett, was born on October 13 in Norwalk, Connecticut. [3]

1711 William, son of John and Elizabeth Bartlett, was born on December 10 in Norwalk, Connecticut. [4]

1714 Isabel, daughter of John and Elizabeth Bartlett, was born on August 18 in Norwalk, Connecticut. [5]

1716 Mary, daughter of John and Elizabeth Bartlett, was born on April 17 in Norwalk, Connecticut. [6]

1718 Sarah, daughter of John and Elizabeth Bartlett, was born on September 20 in Norwalk, Connecticut. [7]

1719 John, son of John Bartlett, was born on April 5 in Norwalk, Connecticut. [8]

1723/24 Elizabeth wife of John Bartlett died on February 6 in Norwalk, Connecticut. [9] She was buried in Pine Island Cemetery, Norwalk, Fairfield County, Connecticut. Her monument inscription states, [10]

of Mrs Elizth Bartlet
Wife to Mr John
Bartlet died February
ye 16th 1723
in ye 39 year
of her age

1761 John Bartlett died on August 5 in Norwalk, Connecticut "in the 85th year of his age" according to the Barbour Collection, but in the 84th year according to his monument inscription. [11] He was buried in Pine Island Cemetery, Norwalk, Fairfield County, Connecticut. His monument inscription states, [12]

Here lie the Remains of
Mr. John Bartlet;
Who Deceasd August <5sup>th. 1761
in the 84th Year of His Age
Also his only Son
Mr. Samuel Bartlet;
Who deceasd Novbr 16th 1762
in the 42d Year of His Age.
