1756 John Curtis Jr and Patience Tilton, both of Shrewsbury, were married at Thomas Tiltons on 18th day of 11th month, 1756. [1]

1797 Patience Curtis, of Chesterfield Twp, Burlington County, dated her will on June 12. Grandson, Benjamin Vandeerbeck, best bed, bedding and looking
glass, when 21. Daughter, Rachel Branin (wife of John Branin, Jr.), and her 2 sons, Benjamin Vanderbeck and John Curtis Branin, remainder of estate to be equally divided between them. Executors—daughter, Rachel Branin, and friend, John Thorn, Sr. Witnesses—Isaac Hornor, Timothy Hance and John Allen. Proved Aug. 14, 1797. [2]
