Notes for Herbert Curtis and Lydia Tilton

1756 Herbert Curtis and Lydia Tilton, both of Shrewsbury, were married at Thomas Tiltons at Mansquan on 22th day of 4th month, 1756. [1]

1760 Herbert Curtis, of Mannesquan, Shrewsbury, Monmouth County, dated his will on May 13. Wife, Liddea. Sons—William and Thomas. Real and personal estate. Executors—brother, John Curtis, and brother-in-law, Thomas Tilton, Jr. Witnesses—James Lawrence, David Curtis, Jr., and Peter Curtis. Proved June 2, 1760. [2]

1760 The inventory was valued at £192.14.7, by James Lawrence and David Johnston. Dated May 30. [3]
