1787 "February 1787 … Lock S of Samuel and Elisabeth Okey of Cravens Buildings, born Jan'ry 21, baptized 24" at St Leonard Shoreditch, Middlesex, England. [1]

1787 "Charlotte Daughter of the Rev'd John Lott & Mary Phillips born 6 Feb Xtined 4 March" at St Mary Magdalene, East Hamm, Essex, England. [2]

1808 "Essex … Married … At West Ham, Mr. Lock Okey, to Charlotte, second daughter of the late Rev. John Lott Phillips, of East Ham." [3]

1840 Lock Okey, age 53, was buried at All Souls Cemetery, Kensal Green, Kensington, on 22 August. His abode was listed as Poland Street, St James Westminster. [4]

1841 England census: Charlotte Okey, age 50, lived with Nathaniel Okey, age 30, occupation licenced victualler, Louisa, age 30, William, age 6, Louisa, age 3, and Caroline, age 1, all surnamed Okey, at Basing Place in St. Mary Parish in the borough of Lambeth in Surrey. The three children were born in Surrey but the adults were not.

1851 England census: Nathaniel Okey, age 38, occupation licensed victualler, born in Essex, and his wife Louisa Okey, age 38, born in Middlesex, lived in St Mary Parish in Lambeth in Surrey. There were several servants and three visitors, but no children, in the household. Louisa Okey, age 12, was a pupil in Kennington in Middlesex. Caroline Okey, age 10, was a pupil in Linsted, Kent (listed next to Ann Okey, age 11).

1851 Nathaniel Frederick Okey, age 39, was buried at All Souls Cemetery, Kensal Green, Kensington, on 11 July. His abode was listed as 56 Waterloo Road, Lambeth. [5]
