In the 1851 census of England, William Billing, a grocer born in Oxford, Oxfordshire, and his wife Eliza, born in Bledlow, Buckinghamshire, lived at 24 Bridge Street in the parish of All Saints, borough of Evesham, Worchestershire. A 13 year old errand boy was also living in the household.
In the 1871 census of England, William Billing, a grocer born in Bledlow, and his wife Eliza, born in Oxford, lived on High Street in Upton and Chalvey, Buckinghamshire. They are both age 47. There were two assistants, a domestic servant, and another adult in the household.
Married in London and died childless [2]
Died 24 May 1878. Administration granted 22 Oct 1878. It states: late of Royal Veterinary Collage, Camden town, MX. Granted to Eliza Billing of 107, Camden Street, Camden Town, widow, under £200. The will of Eliza Billing, widow of 14 Springdale Road, Green Lanes in Middlesex, proved June 1888, mentions William Urban Billing, son of Nathaniel and gives six silver tea spoons and sugar tongs marked with a "C" to Annie Emily Chipperfield.
