Research Notes:
A Wortley pedigree, by Hunter, reports that Sir Nicholas de Wortley, son of Sir Nicholas de Wortley, married Dionysia, dau. and coheir of Ralph de Newmarch. They were the parents of Nicholas de Wortley, husband of Isabel Heron. [1]
"The second Nicholas de Wortley married Dionysia de Newmarch, through whom, it is probable, came the Hardwick property." [2]
