1303 Robert de Latthebury was pardoned:

April 16, Laneham. Pardon to Robert de Latthebury, in consideration of a fine made by him before the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer, for acquiring four messuages and four virgates of land in Wedon Pynkeny by feoffment of Henry Pynkeny, who held them in chief, for which they were taken into the king's hands, with licence for him to retain the same in fee simple. [1]

20 Edw. I, Robert de Latthebury to retain messuages and land in Weedon Loys granted to him by Henry da Pinkeny. Northampton[2]

1311 On August 6, the lands of Robert de Latthebury, deceased, tenant in chief, were taken by the king. [3]:

Aug. 6. Order to the escheator on this side Trent to take into the king's Nottingham. hand the lands late of Robert de Latthebury, deceased, tenant in chief.

1311 Robert de Lathbury, brother of John, died with lands in Northampton and Buckingham (held of Joan of Chamberlayne). [4]:

Northampton. Inq. 24 Aug. 5 Edw. II.
Weston Pynkeny alias Pygkenie. 6 marks rent from 4 virgates land, held of the king in chief by service of 1/10 knight's fee.
John de Latthebury his brother, is his next heir and of full age.

Buckingham. Inq. Friday after the Nativity of St. Mary, 5 Edw. II.
Embertone. A capital messuage, 12a. land, and la. meadow, held of Joan la Chaumberleyne by service of a thirtieth part of 1/2 knight's fee, and suit at her court of Pethesho.
Heir as above, aged 30 and more.

1311 On September 26, the escheator was ordered to deliver lands of Robert de Latthebury, deceased, to his brother John. [5]:

Sept. 26, London. Order to the escheator on this side Trent to deliver to John de Lattebury, brother and heir of Robert de Lattebury, tenant in chief, the lands late of his said brother, he having done homage.
