1825-26 In his will written 18 Janurary 1825 with codicil written 28 Janurary 1826, Richard Billing, builder of Reading, Berkshire, bequeathed to his friend Robert Lawrence of Reading, Linen Draper, his wife Sarah Billing, his son Richard Billing, his son and daughters Thomas, Sarah, and Jane Billing, his married daughters Ann Maberley and Mary Billing, and his grandchildren Elizabeth Marina, Jane, William John, and Augustus Horman (or Herman), children (under age 21) of his deceased daughter Elizabeth Jerry. Executors wife Sarah Billing, son Richard Billing, and friend Robert Lawrence. [3]
