1395 Henry de Kniveton II [Cox suggests this second Henry de Kniveton was one of the sons of William de Kniveton, who was brother to the previous rector of Norbury, and to the vicar of Dovebridge.] was rector of Norbury church., deacon; patron, William Fitzherbert, 8th lord of Norbury. [7]

William Fitzherbert of Norbury reportedly married Jane, daughter of Sir Nicholas Kniveton, knight of Murcaston, Derbyshire. They had son William Fitzherbert. [8] [9] [10] William Fitzherbert married second (dsp), daughter of Sir Alured Selny, of Newton Solney, Derbyshire [11].
