Research Notes:

The marriage license for Joseph and Frances says that Frances was 22 years old in 1735, suggesting a birth year of 1713, but her baptism record suggests that Frances was born by 1708. Alternative London and Middlesex baptism records for daughters named Frances Harris include:

1710 October Frances D. Harly Harris cordwainer & Patience born 7 Chr. 22, St. Giles Cripplegate, London.

1714[/15] January 21 Frances Harris, da. of John & Anne, in Lambert Street, born on ye 28th of December, St Mary, Whitechapel, Middlesex.

The 1751 will of Mary Harris indicates that the given name of Frances' mother was Mary, and the 1736 will of Phillip Harris indicates that his daughter Frances was married at the time he wrote his will.
