1296 On October 7, Simon Throckmorton released property to Richard Weston, Simon's son Robert, and Richard's daughter Joan. [1]

Charter of Simon de Throkemerton releasing to Richard do Weston, called of Wykewan, and to Robert, son of the said Simon and Joan, daughter of the said Richard, all his rights in a house in Throkemerton. Witnessed by Robert le Somery of Bissampton, Robert Pippart of the same, John de Wolfrinton, constable of Elmeley, Robert Ywaryn of Bretferton, Master Robert of Brome, John de Sollers of Besford, William de Lench, Thomas Goldene of Boiton, John de Hundel (? Himdel) of Evesham, Henry de Cestria of Evesham, John de Clodeshale, Robert Kyngot of Throkemerton, and William Meltyn. Sunday after the octave of St. Michael 24 Edward I. (1296). Seal of Simon de Tromertone, the lion and wyvern combatant.

1318 September 21 "Gift from Robert son of Simon de Throkemerton to Richard son of Nicholas Pule, clerk of Fladbury of a messuage with adjacent curtilage, which the grantor had by gift and feoffment from Robert Modi of Fladbury, lying between the house of Robert Bat on the one hand and the house of Agnes, wife of Thomas called faber and John Borgeyse on the other, being in the High Street of Fladbury. Warranty clause. Given at Fladbury." [2]
