1318 September 21 "Gift from Robert son of Simon de Throkemerton to Richard son of Nicholas Pule, clerk of Fladbury of a messuage with adjacent curtilage, which the grantor had by gift and feoffment from Robert Modi of Fladbury, lying between the house of Robert Bat on the one hand and the house of Agnes, wife of Thomas called faber and John Borgeyse on the other, being in the High Street of Fladbury.
