1823 Joshua Borton, late Chester, deceased, having made a will, devising part of his homestead plantation to his daughters: Sarah Stokes, wife of Israel Stokes; Martha (Borton) wife of Asa Engle his grandchild, child of his deceased daughter Abigail Borton Woolman, deceased, viz: John Woolman, Mary Woolman & Keziah Woolman; and the residue of his estate to his (Joshua's) son Levi Borton.
