1776 On 15 February, a legacy disbursement was made from the estate of Henry Scott to Thomas Boulton and wife, as reported in the 1788 administration account presented to the Burlington County Orphans' Court by Joseph Scott, executor. [1]
1774 On 31 March, Hannah Scott and Thomas Boulton, both of Burlington, were married. [2]
1808 On 19 December, Thomas Boulton, of Mansfield Twsp., Burlington County, dated his will. Wife, Hannah, room in house, and to be supported by sons,
Henry and Thomas, while my widow. Son, Samuel Boulton, lot of land purchased of executors of Susannah Atkinson in Mansfield Twsp. Son, Henry, land whereon I now dwell, together with land purchased of Japhet Fennimore, adjoining lot on which I now live. Son, Thomas, land purchased of assignees of Asher Brown, together with lot of land purchased of Hulet Hancock adjoining said lot. Daughter, Esther Boulton, cow, feather bed, spinning wheel, warming pan and case of drawers that was her grandmother's. Daughter, Priscilla Boulton, one cow, feather bed and case of drawers. Daughter, Hannah Boulton, cow, feather bed, tea table, dining table, looking glass and 6 silver spoons marked H. S. Remainder of moveable estate to be sold and divided among my daughters. Executors—son, Samuel Boulton, and Thomas Bowne. Witnesses—Joseph Boulton, Thomas Phares, Clayton Brown. Proved Feb. 7, 1809. [3]
1809 On 4 February, the inventory was dated for the estate of Thomas Boulton with balance $443.00; made by Joseph Craft and Joseph Boulton. [4]
