1706 On 19 December, Hans Schürch was born at Sumiswald. [1] [2]

Hans Schürch married Barbara Yoder (d. 1790), daughter of Christian and Barbara Yoder. [3] [4]

1711 Ulrich Schürch and his wife Barbara Grunbacher, with three sons and one daughter, of Sumiswald, were among the Mennonites who left the Emmenthal valley, on the ship Emmenthaler, from Basel Switzerland to Holland. On 3 August, they arrived in Holland from Sumiswald. [5] [6] [7] [8]

1728 On 23 August, Uldrick Shurk and Johan Schürch arrived in Philadelphia on the ship Mortonhouse. [9] [10] Johan Schürch arrived in Philadelphia with his father. [11] Another list named Uly Schürch, Udry Schürch,and Johannes Schorck. [12]

1735 On 7 April, Hans Schürch patented 300 acres in Cocalico Township. [13]

1751 Hans Schürch was taxed at Cocalico. [14]

1789 Hans Schürch died at Cocalico Township, Lancaster County. [15]
