Research Notes:

1593 On September 22, Robert Farrowe (Pharo) and Isabell Upsall were married in St Peter's Anglican church in Laneham along the River Trent, in Laneham, Nottinghamshire, England. [1]

Five sons were baptized at St Peter's church. The three younger ones died in Nov. 1602.

1603 Robert and Sarah Upsall Pharo moved to the East Drayton parish about 1603, where they had two more sons.

1612 Robert Pharrow of Laneham was an owner of East Drayton. "The owners of East Drayton 1612, are said to be sir Robert Swift, knight, Nicolas Reynor, gent. —Meverell, gent. Edward Ormerod, cler. the wife of— Fox, John Barthropp, Richard Marshall, senior, William Gabatus, junior, William Northefolke, Richard Gabatus, Robert Pharrow of Laneham, Henry Swift, George Sturgeous, William Hawksmore of Ragnell, John Ward, George Rayner, William Mynnett, Robert Mynnett, Edward Rayner, &c. and sir Nicolas Sanderson, knight." [2]

1618 The will of Robert Farrow (Pharroe), dated 30 August, was recorded, East Drayton, Nottinghamshire. [3] [4]

1617 The will of Bernard Upsall, dated 14 January, was recorded, late of Laneham, Nottinghamshire. The will named children Issabell, Thomas, Francis, and Elizabeth. [5]

1649 The will of Isabell Upsall was recorded, Laneham, Nottinghamshire. [6]

St. Peter's Church Laneham, Nottinghamshire, England 14th-15th Century At least 4 generations of Upsalls lived here (back to 1517).

1548 John was born to Richard Farrow de Mydgley, registration in Halifax, Yorkshire.

1549 On 27 December, Henry was born to Richard Farrow de Mydgley, registration in Halifax, Yorkshire.

1574 William Pharaoo was buried 1 January, Mirfield parish records.
