1724 On 20 October, John Pancoast, son of Joseph of Mansfield, married Elizabeth Ogborne at Springfield Meeting, Burlington County. [1] [2]

1748-9 On 10 February, John Pancoast, of Chesterfield, Burlington County, yeoman. Int. Inventory of the personal estate, £142.6.8; made by Thos. Folkes and Joseph Thorne. [3]

1748-9 On 20 February, Adm'x, Elizabeth Pancoast, widow. Thomas Folks and John Butler, yeoman, fellow bondsmen. [4]

1749 On 12 December, Thomas Pancoast, brother of deceased, requests that Thomas Folkes, of Bordentown, be appointed administrator on estate left
unadministered by his widow. Adm'r, Thomas Folkes, yeoman. William Pancoast and William Watson, yeoman, fellow bondsmen. [5]

1749 On 4 November, Elizabeth Pancoast, of Chesterfield Township, Burlington County, widow; dated her will. Children: Hannah, Joseph, John. Legacy "due to me from England according to my aunt Sarah Ogborn's will." Executor: brother-in-law, Thomas Pancoast. If he refuses to serve, brother-in-law, Thomas Folkes, to be executor. Witnesses: William Pancoast, Aaron Watson, Mary Pancoast. [6]
