1728 Eva Musselman was married to Philip Nolt in America. [4]
1743 A land patent was issued for Philip Nult, granting 240 acres in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. [5]
before 1749 Eva Musselman Nolt died. [6] [7]
c 1749 Philip Nolt died. [8]
1755 The surviving heirs of Philip Nultz, late of Hempstead Twp, Lancaster County, sold their shares of land from the estate, on March 1, to an heir, Frederick Mummar. The grantors were Jonas and Margret Nultz of Hempfield Twp, Anna and Christian Shank of Lancaster Twp, and Catherine and George Neisley, all of Lancaster County. Their father, Philip Nultz, had patented the land in Hempfield Twp in 1743. The will of Philip Nultz named two sons and four daughters: Jonas, John, Anna (wife of Christian Shank), Catherina (wife of George Neisley), Fronica (wife of Fredrick Mummar), and Maria. Son John Nultz had died without issue. Daughter Maria died without issue. The land was adjacent to land of David Musselman. [9]
c 1766 A deed named Eva Nult [deceased?] as a sister of Peter Musselman. Peter Musselman died without issue. Jonas Nult, Anna Shenck (late Anna Nult), and Frederick Mumma and Frena his wife late Frena Nult (the said Jonas, Anna, and Frena being the children of Eva Nult another Sister of the said Peter Musselman deceased) were named. Land from Peter Mussleman's estate was sold, on October 9, 1766, to Melchor Henneberger, by many of the heirs of his estate. [10]
