1820 U.S. census Uriah Stone lived in Waterbury, Washington County, Vermont. He was age 45+, with female age 26-46, 7 younger males and 2 younger females.

1830 U.S. census Uriah Stone lived in Enosburgh, Franklin County, Vermont. He was age 50-60 with a female age 50-60.

1840 U.S. census Uriah Stone lived in Enosburgh, Franklin County, Vermont. He was age 60-70 with a female age 60-70. Samuel Stone age 70-80 lived nearby.

1840 Uriah Stone died on December 21 at age 66 in Berkshire, Franklin County, Vermont, and was buried at the "1st Cong Church." His wife's name was Polly Stone. [1] His monument is at East Berkshire Congregational Cemetery in East Berkshire, Franklin County, Vermont. [2]

1841 An inventory of the estate of Uriah Stone was ordered on February 19 and taken on February 26. The probate of his estate was completed on August 25. [3]

1850 On September 12, Polly Stone (age 75) lived in Berkshire, Franklin County, Vermont. Polly was born in Vermont. Ami Sadd (?, possibly Dodd) (age 42), a saddler born in New Hampshire, lived in her household. James R. Stone (age 34), a saddler born in Vermont, and his family were the adjacent household in the census enumeration. [4]

1856 Polly Stone died on March 23 at age 81 in Berkshire, Franklin County, Vermont, and was buried at the "1st Cong Church." Her husband's name was Uriah Stone. [5] Her monument is at East Berkshire Congregational Cemetery in East Berkshire, Franklin County, Vermont, with inscriptiont, "Polly. Wife of Uriah Stone, Jr. Died Mar. 23, 1856, ae. 81 yrs." [6]
