Property: 4 messuages, 120 acres of land, 8 acres of meadow, 10 acres of pasture, 10 acres of wood and 10 shillings of rent in Mapulderham Chancy, Mapulderham Gournay and Garyng'. [Mapledurham Chazey, Mapledurham Gurney (both in Mapledurham), Goring]
Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: Thomas and Joan have acknowledged the tenements to be the right of John, as those which John and Richard have of their gift, and have remised and quitclaimed them from themselves and the heirs of Joan to John and Richard and the heirs of John for ever.
Warranty: Warranty by Thomas and Joan for themselves and the heirs of Thomas.

Agreement: Thomas and Cecily have acknowledged the tenements to be the right of John Stokton', as those which the same John, Ralph, Richard, John Wellysburne and Walter have of their gift, and have remised and quitclaimed them from themselves and the heirs of Cecily to John, Ralph, Richard, John and Walter and the heirs of John Stokton' for ever.
Warranty: Warranty against Reynold, prior of St Bartholomew in West Smithfield, London, and his successors.
For this: John, Ralph, Richard, John and Walter have given them 40 marks of silver.

Agreement: Thomas and Elizabeth have acknowledged the tenements to be the right of Richard, as those which Richard, Alice, William and William have of their gift, and have remised and quitclaimed them from themselves and the heirs of Elizabeth to William, Richard, Alice and William and the heirs of Richard for ever.
Warranty: Warranty.
For this: William, Richard, Alice and William have given them 20 marks of silver.
