Brydges, in a revision of Collins, states that William de Brudenell left a son [1]
Edmund, who married Alice, daughter of Roger Draper, of Dodington; and by her had two sons, Henry, or (as others vouch) Sir Hugh Brudenell, of Dodington, and Richard Brudenell, of Aynho.
Collins states that it was William who had "two sons, Henry, or (as others vouch) Sir Hugh Brudenell, of Dodington, and Richard Brudenell, of Aynho." [2]
The pedigree in Wake, based on the the Brudenell family documents, does not include the generation of this Edmund. [3]
