The Visitation of Kent, 1574, shows John Waller of Ley in Com' Canc', second brother to Waller of Grombrige=Elizabeth daughter of Franefold in Sussex. The subscriber was their eldest son Richard Waller, married to Anne, daughter of John Syminges of London. He lists ten siblings including sister Anne married to Manninge of Crayford and sister Mary married to Stiller of Rusper in Sussex. "Arms.---Quarterly: 1 and 4, Sable, three walnut leaves or between two bendlets argent; 3 and 4, Azure, a chevron counter-company or and sable, between three crosses patty argent.
