1730 Susannah Schooley, daughter of John Scholey of Burlington, married Michael Newbold, son of Michael Newbold and Rachel Clayton of Burlington, on 2 month, 15 day, at Springfield Twp, Burlington County. Witnesses: John Scholy, Frances Scholy, Thomas Newbould, Berzillai Newbold, John Scholy Jr, Alis Cleyton, Mary Field, Ann Scattergood, Matthew Champion, Daniel Smith, William Murfin, John Sykes, Edith Newbould, Mary Smith, Johana Sykes, Phebe Scattergood, Thomas Scattergood Jr, Sam'l Taylor, Robert TaylorGershom Mott Jr, Martha Clayton, and others. Ann Schooley and Michael Newbold, had children. [7] [8]

1745 On 15 April, Michael Newbold Esq, perhaps this one, was a freeholder in Chesterfield Township, Burlington County, New Jersey. [9]
