c 1712 Benjamin Bauman, son of Wendel and Anna Bowman, was born about this time. [1]

Benjamin Bowman married Ann. [2]

1738 Benjamin Bowman was the administrator of his father's estate and received 200 acres in Lampeter Twp, Lancaster County. [3]

1750 A land patent was granted to Benjamin Bowman. [4]

1751 Benjamin Bowman was named on the tax list for Lampeter Twp, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. [5]

1754 Benjamin Bowman and wife Anna, of Lampeter Twp, Lancaster Country, sold land to John Crydor. Benjamin had received a patent for the land on March 28, 1750 (Patent A14-509). Deed dated March 20.

1773-1779 Benjamin Bowman died and was buried at Tschantz Cemetery on Pequea Creek. [7]

1770 Benjamin Bowman and several others of Cocalico Twp, transferred land to several others, who were members of a religious society of Protestants commonly called Seventh Day Baptists. They had all been named on a previous indenture. Dated July 9. [8]

1782 Heirs of Benjamin Bowman, deceased, including Joseph Bowman, Benjamin Bowman, Henry Bowman, John Souder and wife Ann, Christian Hare and wife Mary, Martin Hare and wife Elizabeth, John Miller and wife Esther, and Abraham Leman and wife Susannah; sold their shares of land from the estate to Wendell Bowman, also an heir. All parties to the deed, and the land, were in Lampeter Twp, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. William Penn had granted a petent for the land, dated March 12, 1715/16, to Wendel Bowman (Patent A5-292). The other heirs of Wendel Bowman (not named), granted the land to Benjamin Bowman on March 5, 1738 (deed not cited). [9]

1782 Heirs of Benjamin Bowman of Lampeter Twp, Lancaster County, deceased, were parties to a deed regarding his estate. Heirs Benjamin Bowman, Henry Bowman, Wendel Bowman, John Souder & Ann his wife, Christian Hare & Mary is wife, Martin Hare & Elisabeth his wife; John Miller & Esther his wife, and Abraham Leman & Susannah his wife, and Ann Bowman widow sold land to Joseph Bowman. The tract was originally granted to Wendel Bowman in 1715. [10]
