1732 Hans Jacob Bockly (age 46), Christopher Bockly (age 20), Mathias Bockly (age 17), Ullrich Bockly (age 19), Barbara Bockly (age 42), with children Barbara Bockly (age 11) and Kathrina Bockly (age 8), immigrated to America on the ship Samuel from Rotterdam to Cowes, England, to Philadelphia. [1] Perhaps this was the family of Barbara Beck, spouse of Gerhard Koffroth. [2]

Hans Jacob Beck was a deacon in the Cocalico Reformed Church in Ephrata. [3]
